Most showcases end when

§ 01 · The deliverables
Everything your athlete takes home.
A recruiting packet your athlete can put in a coach's hands that same weekend. Verified, edited, and finished. Nothing left to build.
01
Verified metrics
60-yard dash, arm velocity, exit velocity, max distance. Timed and measured on site. Every figure carries its instrument and its date.
02
Edited film
Fifteen to thirty second clips by skill. Metrics burned into the frame. No music, no filler.
03
Recruiting resume
A one-page player profile formatted for coach inboxes.
04
Twenty player cards
Printed cards with a QR-linked profile on the back. Hand one over, a coach can pull up film and metrics that night.
05
College match report
Ten schools, researched and ranked by hand. Each one read against the players they actually signed at your position the last two years. A school that took six catchers is a wasted phone call.
Philosophy
A coach decides in about thirty seconds.
Fifteen to thirty seconds a skill. The number on the frame. No music.
§ 02 · The call list
We tell you which schools to call.
Ten schools, researched and ranked against your athlete's numbers, grades and intended major. Then each one read against the players they actually signed at that position the last two seasons.
Sample layout. Schools are described, not named, and the counts are illustrative.
§ 03 · The week that matters
The Saturday is the easy part.
College coaches arrive with the list already made. They are confirming, not browsing. What happens the week after decides more than the Saturday does.
Saturday
We measure and film
Check in, headshot, drills, a one-on-one interview. You are done in about ninety minutes.
By Wednesday
Coaches sort what they took home
Whatever a coach left with goes in a pile or in the bin that week. This is the window everything hinges on.
Next Saturday
We sit down and teach you
Your athlete and you, in a room, going through the report line by line. Who to contact, what to say, what to work on.
§ 04 · The teaching
Then we teach you how to use it.
The Saturday after shoot day, athlete and parent come back and sit down with us.
Section by section. What the numbers say, and what to do about them.
Timing, opening lines, and what not to lead with.
How to hand one to a coach without it feeling transactional.
What to develop, who to reach out to, and which events to be at.
§ 05 · The long game
Come back and we show the change.
Do it as a freshman and again every year after. A coach opens the profile and sees four years, not one Saturday.
9th grade
7.41 sec
Sample 60-yard time
10th grade
7.08 sec
Same athlete, one year of work
What a coach sees
Two measurements, taken the same way, a year apart.
§ 06 · The day
What Saturday looks like.
Arrive 45 minutes before the session begins. A parent signs the release.
Against the wall, in a facility shirt. This is the photo on the card.
Infield, hitting, speed, and your position. Every rep logged.
Thirty seconds to camera. Who you are, in your own words.
You come back, we hand everything over and teach you how to use it.
§ 07 · The price
Pay once to build it. Pay less to keep it true.
A returning athlete gets everything a first-year athlete gets.
First year
$400
Everything built from nothing. Once.
Any athlete doing this for the first time
- A measured session. Every station, every rep, on our instruments.

- A one-page recruiting resume, print and digital.
- Twenty printed cards with a QR code to the profile.
- The profile, in your name, handed to you.
- The college match report. Ten schools, researched one by one and read against who they actually signed at your position the last two years.
- A sit-down at the end on how to use all of it, and what to work on.
Every year after
$200
Everything again, at half.
The same athlete, next season
- Re-measured the same way, on the same instruments.
- New film at the new level.
- The resume updated. New season, new coursework, new numbers.
- Twenty new cards.
- Last year stays on the profile, next to this year.
- The match report, researched again against this year’s rosters.
- A sit-down on what moved, and what did not.
Start as a freshman and you graduate with four measurements, taken the same way, four years apart.
Four years in, a coach isn't looking at one good day.
He's looking at a trajectory.
